You shouldn't need a law degree to understand what happens to your data. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do to protect it — in plain English. The short version: we collect what we need to run the product, we don't sell anything to anyone, and your candidates' data is used for scoring and nothing else.

Who we are

AI Talent Match Pro ("we", "us", "our") is an AI platform for HR professionals, based in Herzliya, Israel. We're the data controller for your account, usage, technical, and billing data. Our domain is aitmp.io. If anything on this page raises a question, write to us at hello@aitmp.io — a real person reads it.

Why we collect it

Nothing here is collected "just in case." Each piece has a job:

Candidate data

This is the part we care about most, because the people in those profiles never clicked "I agree" to anything. When you submit a job description, legally you're the data controller and we're your processor — meaning we handle that data only on your instructions.

Here's what we do with it: our AI engine (Azure OpenAI) reads it, scores it, and gives you the analysis. That's it. We don't sell candidate data, we don't show it to other customers, and we don't use it to train AI models.

How we protect it

Everything is encrypted on the way to us (HTTPS/TLS) and while it sits in our database. We run on Microsoft Azure with enterprise-grade security, and access to production data is limited and logged.

Where your data travels

Our app lives in Azure's West Europe region. The AI scoring itself runs on Azure OpenAI in the United States. When personal data crosses out of the European Economic Area for that step, it's covered by Microsoft's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Your account data stays as long as your account does. Candidate data sticks around only as long as it's needed to show you your results — delete the role, or your account, and it goes with it. Want something gone sooner? Email hello@aitmp.io and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Your rights

If you're in the EEA, the UK, or somewhere with similar laws, you can:

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember your settings. Analytics cookies help us see what's working and what isn't. You choose what to allow in the banner on our landing page — and "decline" actually means decline.

Who else touches your data

That's the whole list. If we ever add a service that processes your data, it gets added here first.

When this policy changes

If we update this page, the new version goes up here. If the change actually affects you, we'll email you about it — we won't bury it.
